Teppanyaki restaurant “Hiroshima Marukajiri Nakachan” with a rich original menus

“Hiroshima Marukajiri Nakachan” is a long-established teppanyaki restaurant, where many people visit until midnight. Their Okonomiyaki dough contains yam flour, so the outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy after it’s grilled. Besides, their original spicy blended sauce brings out the flavor of Okonomiyaki and the sweetness of cabbage. When you visit here, we recommend you eat ‘Unicresson.’ You’ll love it for the rest of your life because you can eat lots of sea urchins with watercresses having a crunchy texture. Butter softens the watercress’ bitterness and goes well with the rich flavor of sea urchin.
