Within 10 mins’ walk from Hamamatsucho Sta. 3 eateries to visit for eating foods easy on the body

Hamamatsucho Station is great access to sightseeing spots covered with rich nature such as Shiba Park and Kyu-Shiba-Rikyu Gardens. Around here, there are lots of eateries with good cost performance probably because of having many office buildings. This time, we focus on eateries offering dishes easy to our body from among ones located within a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station. We selected 3 recommendations by genres of medicinal cooking restaurants, Japanese taverns and Ramen shops. Why not stop by at the following eateries while sightseeing?

Medicinal dishes using plenty of vegetables! Let’s order a lunch set suiting your physical condition at “Shunkoku Shokusai Cafe”

牛肉と彩り野菜の黒ゴマ炒めの主菜(The main dish of Gyuniku to Irodoriyasai no Kurogoma Itame)

One of our recommended eateries for having lunch in Hamamatsucho is “Shunkoku Shokusai Cafe(旬穀旬菜カフェ).” They offer Kokusai Yakuzenshi’s original medicinal cookings, and their menu is varying every day. It’s also one of the biggest charms to use seasonal vegetables carefully selected by the chef who has a vegetable sommelier license. When sitting a seat, you can find a menu that details the effects of ingredients as well as the names of the dishes. So, it allows you to order a lunch set, considering which energy and nutrition you need now. This time, we ordered ‘Gyuniku to Irodoriyasai no Kurogoma Itame (stir-fried beef and colorful vegetables with black sesame) coming with 2 kinds of side dishes, miso soup and ginger rice. The harmonious flavor of sweetness and sourness, saltiness, bitterness and umami made us have butterflies in our stomachs. Besides, many female customers coming alone, so you can feel free to visit even alone.

“Gotojin Hamamatsucho Shop” allowing you to enjoy Goto Island’s fresh ingredients from meats to fish

五島人のしゃぶしゃぶ(Shabushabu offered by Gotojin)

“Gotojin Hamamatsucho Shop (五島人 浜松町店)” is a tavern that is officially recognized by Goto, a remote island of Nagasaki prefecture. They offer a variety of dishes using Goto’s local specialties, such as pork and beef raised in the island rich in nature and seafood caught in the junction of the Kuroshio Current and Tsushima Current. Their recommendation is “Agodashi Shabu-Shabu.” You can order your favorite ingredients from meat, vegetables and lobster etc. Goto Pork, the main ingredient, is cut to a thickness of 1 mm after receiving your order to keep it fresh. Well, put the meat decorated with gold leaf into a small round bamboo basket, and dip it into the broth. The broth is made from seared flying fish whose unique flavor brings out the natural flavors of ingredients. The more ingredients you put into the broth, the richer the flavor becomes. Why not finish off the night with Udon to savor the broth?

The stylish cafe-style Ramen shop “Toripota Ramen THANK” fascinating customers with soup with no MSG and a mild taste

鶏ポタラーメン THANKのトリポターナ(Toripotana offered by oripota Ramen THANK)

“Toripota Ramen THANK” having the cream-colored exterior like a restaurant. The highlight of this Ramen shop is creamed soup which is made by thoroughly simmering Daisen chicken bursting with flavor and 9 kinds of vegetables. As it doesn’t use MSG, you can fully feel a rich flavor created by their original taste of ingredients with your tongue. They offer various menus such as Ramen, Dipping Noodles and Dandan Noodles. By the way, we ordered their recommendation ‘Toripotana.’ This Ramen is served with egg yolk and plenty of Parmigiano cheese, and you should squeeze a lemon over it before eating to add a refreshing flavor. Then, why not order rice and finish off the meal with risotto? In addition to large and small, there is a size called ‘Mame (bean),’ so those who don’t eat very much can also enjoy the soup unique to Toripota THANK to their hearts’ content. It’s one of the best charms that they dot the i’s and cross the t’s, such as preparing a paper apron and sesame and black pepper mills which we hardly ever find at Ramen shops.
