“HIBIYA Area Illumination” Showing A Fantastic Urban View with Beautiful Gradation Colors

HIBIYA Area Illumination

“HIBIYA Area Illumination” which is held in the Hibiya area every year (including Tokyo Midtown Hibiya,Hibiya Naka-dori and Hibiya Chanter). The theme of 2021 to 2022 is ‘HIBIYA Magic Time Illumination 2021’, it is decorated the direction that you feel like ‘moment such as magic’ while maintaining an appropriate distance from others.

The theme of this year with ‘wonderful tomorrow begin to shine at the end of 1st’, and light-up of the tree by “gradation color” that evoke the image of a new beginning. It produces a fantastic space with sparkling lights in pink, blue and white. the trees around Hibiya Naka-dori and Tokyo Midtown are changed to different colors, it makes us so fun.

In Hibiya Step Square in front of the entrance of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, being held ‘HIBIYA WINTER SQUARE’. It is a design that we can appreciate while keeping a sense of distance to be considerate of people, being held the fantastic production of light with a special Christmas tree and original music (※ Christmas illumination is until 26th December 2021). And then, on the large stairs at the square, express the beauty of the sky from the dark of night to the morning light through vivid gradation colors, you can taste a romantic atmosphere.

In addition, The Park View Garden on the 6th floor where you can enjoy a night view of Hibiya Park, the outer gardens of the Imperial Palace and the night view of Hibiya Street are limited in season. The lawn is decorated with gradation colors for the first time, creating a colorful space. It is the most recommended spot where you can enjoy the night view and illuminations at the same time.
