Witness Eye-Catching Tokyo Bay’s Sunset Scenery at Renewed “Odaiba Seaside Park”

“Odaiba Seaside Park (Odaiba Kaihin Koen, お台場海浜公園)” is located between Daiba Station and Odaiba Kaihin Koen Station on the Yurikamome Line, and it spreads out in front of complex facilities such as ‘Aqua CiTY ODAIBA’ and ‘DECKS Tokyo Beach.’ The park was not allowed to enter for a while because of the triathlon venue for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics. All of the construction work ended on 31st December 2021, and people are now able to enter after renewal.

Odaiba Kaihin Koen which is built surrounding a cove is not only has the roughly 800-meter long artificial beach ‘Odaiba Beach’ but also a scenic spot where you can see the Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower and the Statue of Liberty. Although the daytime scenery makes you feel refreshed and calm while being in the center of Tokyo is wonderful, what people definitely want to see is ‘sunset’ to see at the end of the day. When it gets evening, all around the park turns an orange by the beautiful sunset. You can watch the sun setting over the horizon.

There are multiple photo spots on the grounds of the park, and our recommending one is ‘Marine House’ with restaurants and shops. Its observation floor on the 3rd floor allows you to enjoy the scenery of the coast surrounded by the light of the sunset and the opposite shore with no distractions, including the Rainbow Bridge.

If you want to enjoy the sky at sunset while walking, let’s go to ‘Sky Walk(air corridor)’ that passes in front of the Statue of Liberty or the brick-made ‘Observation Deck’. Please go for a walk even though you wore heels or other shoes because you don’t have to walk on the beach.
