“Ice Place Sayuri” which is produced by the shop owner, Mis. Sayuri who is fascinated by shaved ice is very popular for the shaved ice with smooth and fluffy. This shop offers the clear pure ice of ‘Kori ya no Hashi-san’ (氷やの橋さん, the ice dealer of Hashi-san), which is carefully shaved thinly. All the syrups are handmade, there is a wide variety of syrups such as fruits, Uji-matcha and black sesame. There is also ‘Aigake’ (additional topping ) system where you can choose the syrups for pouring the inside of shaved ice so that you can enjoy as many flavors as possible.
