“Amewayasashiku NO,2”, is an eye-catching unusual name in ramen shops. The hottest menu is ‘Scallops chicken soup’ which you eat while dissolving scallop paste. This ramen piled up the char siu, seaweed, scallop paste, white spring onion and perilla like millefeuille, and it looks like a sponge cake. Gobo-Ten (Burdock Tempra) is served with noodles. A simple scallop paste made with only scallops and salt perfectly matches the rich soup of chicken and pork. The chemical season is not used at all, so you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients. As a side dish, when you have the soft steamed chicken char siu, chicken breast cooked at a low temperature by soaking overnight in kelp stock and grilled chicken meatballs that are baked juicy inside and crispy outside, you might addict to the world of the deliciousness!? By the way, ‘White liver dried sardine ‘, which you eat while melting the chicken white liver paste is also popular in the main shop.

“Isono Kazuo” which opens at 10:00PM is a recommended ramen shop after drinking in Susukino, Sapporo. The popular menu is the black appearance, ‘Sapporo Black’. The identity of the jet black is thick soy sauce with dark sweetness. With one sip of the ramen soup, your appetite increases at once with the scent of garlic! You might not be able to stop your chopsticks from the thick noodles!? The toppings are tender char siu, soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, black fungus and chopped green onion, you can enjoy them with the soup. If people want to change the taste, try adding the kombu-based seasoning “Gagome-san” and dried sardine seasoning “Sakana-kun” placed on the table. The taste will totally change surprisingly. The size of the ramen can be changed to big or half, and the noodles are also available in a thick one to the middle whatever you like. For those who are not satisfied with only ramen, we recommend the side menu, ‘Kazuo TKG’. It’s filled with char siu, raw egg, green onions, and roasted sesame, and the simplicity will addictive.

“Japanese Ramen Noodle Lab Q” Has a Wide Variety of Local Production Ingredients By the Owner

‘Japanese Ramen Noodle Lab Q’ opens only for lunch, and the shop is renowned for using plenty of ingredients, which the owner Hiroshi Hiraoka selected around the country. The recommended menu is ‘shoyu (soy sauce) ramen’. Mainly Shintoku Jidori, the only free-range chicken in Hokkaido, is added to the soup made only with free-range chicken, along with authentically-brewed seasonings such as soy sauce, mirin, and sake, and it’s a unique taste that is mixed with homemade noodles using wheat from Hokkaido. The char siu that floats on top of the soy sauce soup is Hokkaido chilled pork loin, shoulder loin, chicken char siu, etc. ( it’s subject to change depending on the season) The thin meat is so tender and juicy that it melts in your mouth without chewing. There is also shio (salt) ramen, and each of them has ‘Wantan noodles’, ‘Char siu noodles’ and ‘Wantan char siu noodles’, so please find your favorite one.
