The view of Tokyo from above is one of the greatest views in the world. You can see the tallest buildings in Japan, views of the bay, and even Mount Fuji on a sunny day. Why not take a look when you visit Tokyo? We want to tell you about the free observation area in Caretta Shiodome.
Caretta Shiodome is a collection of buildings with a 48-story, high rise tower at its center. The 46th and 47th floors are restaurant floors where you can enjoy an excellent view with your meal. On top of that, the 46th floor has a free observation space called SKY VIEW. You get a great view of the bay area. The Rainbow Bridge and the Fuji TV building in Odaiba, Tokyo are some of the popular spots you can see at night. The sparkling nightscape will put you in a very romantic mood.
On February 1st, 2024, a food hall called Shiodome Yokocho opened in Caretta Shiodome. There are 15 different restaurants gathered there, from a popular ramen shop to an izakaya (居酒屋, bar restaurant). There are about 250 seats, so there is plenty of space for everyone in your group to eat what they want in a shared space. This building also has the Dentsu Shiki Theatre (電通式劇場) where you can enjoy some entertainment. This area is easily accessible from Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho using the Yurikamome Line. So, how about enjoying a fun night out in Tokyo?
