Feel the arrival of fall in Kisarazu, Japan with this all-day plan
The summer heat slowly goes away in fall. Breathe in the fresh, fall air and refresh your mind and soul. We’re going to tell you about an all-day plan that starts and ends at Kisarazu Washington Hotel. Look at some fall flowers and eat some delicious soft serve. Maybe visit an aesthetic library to finish off this perfect little trip.
Feel the fall air and see the seasons change at Mother Farm
Mother Farm is the largest of its kind in the Kanto region at 2.5 million sq. meters. It’s a large farm that sprawls across Kanouzan mountain. One of the highlights is being able to interact with animals, but they also have a Ferris wheel, other rides, and restaurants. This time, we want you to see the fall flowers blooming all around. In September, the burning bushes and the scarlet sages color the mountains red. You can also see a pink carpet of cosmos. Come by to see some flowers as the summer heat dies down. Kisarazu Washington Hotel offers stays that include a ticket to Mother Farm, so be sure to check that out.

A mysterious library located in Kurkku Fields. Enjoy some reading at Chichu Library
Kurkku Fields is a farm/park based on sustainability. You can enjoy agriculture, food, and art here. Interact with some art on a large farm and enjoy barbecuing in nature. There are many art pieces and cool architecture in the park, and Chichu Library is one of them. “Chichu” means “underground” in Japanese, and like its name, the library is underground. There are around 3,000 books about poetry, art, philosophy, history, and many other topics. At the center, there is a hall where natural light pours in. You can take cool pictures on the stairs there. This fall season, enjoy a good book in this magical space.
