“& COFFEE MAISON KAYSER Ginza 1-chome Shop” whose coffee brings out the flavor of breads
“& COFFEE MAISON KAYSER Ginza 1-chome Shop” whose vivid yellow and gray exterior stands out. This is the world’s first coffee shop of MAYSON KAYSER, which has disseminated the culture of ‘Boulangerie’ in Japan. A great variety of French traditional bread using their original flour, specially produced high-quality butter and so on make you hungry. Among them, this shop’s original danish ‘HANJUKU GINZA’ is our recommendation. Cutting it in half, the soft-boiled egg overflows from inside. Of course, they also offer uncompromising coffee. It seems that they blend coffee beans by themselves and adjust the balance between bitterness and acidity to match the taste of the bread.
