Smack your lips at “KURKKU FIELDS DINING” offering Italian cuisine using rare buffalo cheese and freshly picked crops
Care to enjoy the truly fresh ingredients such as vegetables, herbs, eggs, and cheese from the farm? Just make your way to “KURKKU FIELDS DINING” then. Its signature menu items are the five kinds of pizza baked in the wood-fired kiln. In particular, the pizza that leaves the aroma of the dough and the rich flavor of the cheese in your mouth, ‘Buffalo Quattro Formage’ (水牛のクアトロフォルマッジ) cooked with mozzarella, blue, ricotta and cacho ricotta, the four types of buffalo cheese, is the dish you want to try that cannot be found in any other eatery.
