“CASA DE GAZA” a pastry shop developed the special Fromage blanc only for reproducing the taste of Basque

“CASA DE GAZTA” is a sister shop of ‘GAZTA’ in Shirokane that is specialized in cheesecake and the one sparked the Basque cheesecake boom in Japan. Since its opening in June 2021, it has become talked about because it delivers another great deliciousness that is slightly different from that of GAZTA. “Shizuku Yaegashi-ten” offering organic easy-on-the-body sweets to go

A pastry shop “Shizuka Yogashi-ten” (シヅカ洋菓子店 自然菓子研究所, Shizuka Patisserie Natural sweets Laboratory), modestly standing in a quiet residential area, was opened in March 2021 by elite pâtissiers trained at Pierre Marcolini, aiming to deliver gentle and happy sweets that have low-impact on the environment.
