“Dip & Merry”, an Italian café with a spacious and cozy atmosphere created by the interior designed with huge windows and natural wood, is famous for its insta-worthy seasonal parfaits and collabs with movies. Its signature is the parfait ‘Ruby Coffret’ (ルビーコフレ) made with ruby chocolate which has been talked about as the fourth chocolate. Fresh strawberries and rich pistachio mousse create a perfect harmony with the two kinds of chocolate ice cream. As it’s the available number of servings is limited, it may be unfortunately sold out at the time of your visit. It also offers food menu items where you can enjoy its dip sauce of the day, so you can spend a cozy time even if you feel like having a light meal instead of a sweet.
