The chocolate specialty store ‘Dandelion Chocolate’ had a store only in San Francisco. The selected cacao beans are roasted under different conditions until the producers are satisfied. Only one type of cacao is used in each chocolate at the store in order to bring out the flavor of cacao beans depending on the producing area. In addition, organic cane sugar is added and it doesn’t contain any cocoa butter or vanilla.

“Factory & Cafe Kuramae” is the first store where you can experience such authentic chocolate outside of San Francisco. The ground floor is home to a factory space, and you can enjoy handmade chocolates and sweets while watching the craftsmen working in the factory.

The most popular menu is ‘Brownie Byteflight’. It’s the 3 baked brownies made with different varieties of chocolate. You should be surprised by the rich smells that seem to use many ingredients. Besides that, there are a lot of unique menus such as the ‘Chef’s tasting’ where the chef expressed the deliciousness of cacao beans in various ways and ‘Hot chocolate (limited Kuramae), scented with local green tea leaves.
