Recommendable for lunchtime is at BURGER & MILKSHAKE CRANE, with its cute pink interiors. You will find interest in the menu in addition to its interior design. In particular, “Super Cheeseburger” and “Milkshake” are becoming topics of conversation on social networking. So much cheese spread over the hamburger bun, giving you a visual impact of deliciousness! It’s a tremendous match for the melted cheese and patties, too. As for Milkshakes, they come in cute glassy containers. Their shakes have plenty of flavors to choose from, including strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, etc. And if you like something unusual, check out the “Luther Burger” with homemade doughnuts instead of buns!

If you visit Hongo Sanchome, you must stop by “Ozawa Yogashiten (Confectionary Shop),” which has been in business for over half a century. Its signature item, “Strawberry Chande,” is loved by everyone, not only by locals but also by repeat customers who come from far for it. That egg-sized sweet is coated entirely in chocolate, so it is hard to tell what it is at first glance, but look at the cross-sections. You can see three layers of cookies, strawberries, and cream, making it visually appealing! With one bite, you will find a perfect match between the savory taste of cookies, the fresh sweet and sour taste of strawberries, and the sweetness of chocolate and cream. It is so delicious that you can’t help but reach for another one.
