Special Performance for the 20th Anniversary – Enjoy a Comparison of German Beers at ‘Hibiya Oktoberfest 2023〜SUMMER〜

Octoberfest features authentic German beer made of only the 3 materials, barley, hop and water. Oktoberfest is back in Tokyo! This summer, “Hibiya Octoberfest 2023 〜SUMMER〜” decided to hold at Hibiya Park from 7th July to 17th July. Why don’t you enjoy the coming of summer not only various kinds of German Beer but also the atmosphere with its music and costumes?

‘Oktoberfest’ takes place at the end of September and lasts for about 2 weeks in Germany, Munich. This festival attracts more than 6 million people each year and people enjoy various kinds of German beer. It seems that the beginning of the festival is a festival to celebrate the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Saxony. Currently, people can also enjoy band performances and amusement parks in the same place. It has now become the world’s largest festival.

In Japan, it was held for the first time in HIBIYA CITY in May 2003 and later in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse in October of the same year. Since then, Oktoberfest has been a popular event held throughout Japan, and it will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2023. The “Hibiya Octoberfest 2023 〜SUMMER〜” taking place at Hibiya Park from July 7th, will feature a variety of unique events, including a special menu commemorating the 20th anniversary and performances by renowned musicians who have played in Germany.
