Senkyaku Banrai: A spot to tickle all the senses and add a special flair to your trip
Hamamatsu-cho, Tokyo. In this city where tradition and modern meet, a new spot opened in 2024: Senkyaku Banrai. This area used to be known for the Tsukiji Fish Market, but now, this spot is a place to enjoy food, relaxation, and culture.

Senkyaku Banrai is located on the Tokyo Bay. It’s a collection of facilities. In one of them, you can find seasonal seafood bowls, sushi, and Japanese food in an atmosphere like a traditional fish market. You can peek inside every shop and it feels like you’re really walking through a fish market. The chefs cut and fillet the fish in front of you, so you can enjoy the freshest food.
On the rooftop, there is a foot bath area. You can see the Tokyo Bay, the Rainbow Bridge, and the Tokyo Tower. Look out at the skyline as you warm up your feet. Melt away the stress of the day. At the Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club, you can take a bath in real spring water that was brought there from different hot springs in Japan. It’s 24 hours, so you don’t have to worry about time. Come by on the last day of your trip to refresh before you leave the country. The signs in the facility are written in multiple languages and they accept cashless payments, so it’s foreigner-friendly, too. If you want to experience Japanese culture but you’re a little scared of the language barrier, this is the perfect spot for you.
Look, taste, relax. Senkyaku Banrai is for all the senses. Your stay in Tokyo is sure to be even more memorable.
