奈良発「柿バター」鳥取発「ピンク醤油 華貴婦人」など 地方の隠れた名作グルメ3選!知ってたらかなりの食通!? [えん食べ]

Do you know that Nara prefecture is the 2nd largest producer of persimmon (Kaki) in Japan? In particular, Gojo city is one of Japan’s leading producers. Ishii Bussan which has its head office in the city has produced a great variety of products made from persimmon from Nara prefecture such as confection and vinegar since 1965 as Japan’s only persimmon specialty shop. Especially, “Kaki Butter (柿バター)” which received a few awards for excellent special products is our recommendation. The used persimmon is Fuyugaki (富有柿), which is called ‘king of sweet persimmon’ because it has a higher sugar content than other varieties. After the paste of ripe Fuyugaki and the diced one are simmered, they are mixed with domestically-produced butter. Let’s spread the butter on a piece of bread and toast it! You can feel the gentle sweetness of Fuyugaki and the rich aroma of butter.
