“Nodoguro no Nakamata” whose Genshiyaki brings out the flavor of rosy bass fully
Nodoguro (Rosy Seabass), known as a phantom fish in Japan.
This time, we’re going to introduce a restaurant specialized in rosy bass “Nodoguro no Nakamata,” where you will get attracted to fatty rosy bass with its thick meat.
Located near Tsukiji Outer Market, “Nodoguro no Nakamata (のどぐろの中俣 築地)” is a 3-minute walk from the market. Nakamoto offers 500g rosy bass which is larger than other restaurants does. Their recommended way to eat is ‘Genshiyaki’ to bring out the flavor of fish fully. They grill a whole fish over charcoal flame. In addition, staffs show you seafood and vegetables just purchased in the morning, so you can also choose ingredients which you want to eat from them. By the way, Nakamoto has a classy and Japanese atmosphere. There are counter seats and private rooms, so it’s perfect for solo dining and offering meals to clients .
