Torii Gate Tunnel is mysterious! The spiritual spot for good human relationships “Hanazono Inari Shrine”

花園稲荷神社(Hanazono Inari Shrine)

“Hanazono Inari Shrine” located in Ueno Park which is one of Ueno’s tourist spots. The year of its foundation is unknown, but it’s said to be around the mid-1600s. In the mid-1800s, this shrine was destroyed because of the battle between Tokugawa Shogunate and the new government.
After that, it was rebuilt by the latter in 1873. There are many vermilion-colored torii gates on the approach leading to the main hall.
Here is popular as a photo spot. Walking under this torii tunnel with a quiet and dignified atmosphere, you will feel as if you’re being invited to the sanctuary. After going through it, the main hall with 2 statues of fox appears. Let’s put your palms together for praying because they will attract good fortune to human relationships.

Crispy &Chewy French Toast is exquisite! “BLUE LEAF CAFÉ” like a artistic hideaway

BLUE LEAF CAFÉのフレンチトースト (French Toast offered by BLUE LEAF CAFÉ)

If you want to take a break, head to “BLUE LEAF CAFÉ.” The inside has a calm ambiance created by lots of timbers and interiors like art works.
Because the wall along a street is made with glass, you can soak in gentle sunlight while seeing going and coming people. In addition, there are books selected by this cafe at the counter seats, which allow you to read freely. Their recommendation is ‘French Toast.’ It uses many eggs from Zao in Miyagi Prefecture, and it features sweetness and rich flavor. Although the outside is crispy, the inside is chewy like a pudding. It’s also attractive that we can adjust the amount of maple syrup, butter and whipped cream as we want. They have more menu such as Panini, Quiche and desserts. There are also various kinds of drinks. It may be good to visit here for branch or lunch as well as cafe.
