Both shops have many interiors creating a nostalgy ambience, such as stained glass on the ceiling, red chairs made of velvet and lamps giving off yellow light on the wall. Visiting here, you should eat their large parfait called “Pudding a la mode.” On a big plate, about 10 kinds of fruits, which are changed depending on seasons, and yogurt, ice cream and so on are presented in a radial pattern. At the center of the parfait, their original chewy pudding made from fresh eggs is hided under lightly sweetened whipped cream with a rich flavor of vanilla extract. Speaking of Coffee Aristocrat Edinburgh, the fragrant coffee extracted one by one with a siphon is popular. Then, what goes well with it is ‘Chocolate Parfait.’ Tower-like banana colored by whipped cream and chocolate souce stand out.
