“fukadaso” opened in 2012 in Kiyosumishirakawa. It’s a facility that renovated ‘fukadaso’ (深田荘), which had been an apartment and garage for over 50 years. Instead of breaking the old spaces and making new ones, they had been used while taking care of them without extra things. While taking care of connections with people like old times, this contains a wish for leaving good points and connecting to the next.

The appearance is just like a warehouse atmosphere with rugged and rough. Its massive appearance seems to tell the time that the building has passed. ‘fukadaso cafe’ on the 1st floor has been used in a drama, so the interior is fashionable with antique furniture. You can take your time while feeling the building’s history because the store is spacious.

There is also ‘vicino’ which sells organic wine and ‘Rikashitsu’ (理科室, science room) sells beakers and test tubes which are used in science experiments when we are students.
