This restaurant was built in 1910 and the first western food restaurant in Osaka. It’s been loved for over 100 years. One dish that hasn’t changed since its start is the “Famous Curry” (名物カレー). The curry here is a staple in Osaka. The curry sauce and the rice comes out mixed, so it looks different from your traditional curry and rice. If you mix in the raw egg topping, it becomes creamier and richer. You can even add Worcestershire sauce which is the Jiyuken way. The curry sauce is simple with only onion and beef inside.
