The Taiwan Lantern Festival is a major event that closes off Lunar New Year in Taiwan. Every year, the venue changes, and this year it will be held in Taoyuan City. There will be various types of lanterns from more traditional lanterns to modern art style lanterns with LED lights. People pray for health, prosperity, and plentiful harvests through these lanterns, and visitors love to participate in this culture.
