The large event to experience various regional traditions at once “Furusato Matsuri Tokyo 2019”

From 1st January to 20th, “Furusato Matsuri Tokyo 2019” is held in Tokyo Dome. To our surprise, visitors can stroll all the way from Hokkaido to Okinawa in a matter of minutes because various booths are set: ‘Nigiwai Market’ offering over 300 regional and popular dishes and over 100 types of local sake, ‘Gotochi Sweets Marche’ offering sweets made with local ingredients by famous stores from across Japan, ‘Omatsuri Hiroba’ where visitors can see the vibrant dancing and heroic drumming found at some of Japan’s greatest festivals, and more.
