The Baumkuchen specialty shop ‘Sennen no Ki (せんねんの木)’ has been so popular that there are lines every day because TV programs and magazines feature this shop. The most essential ingredient of their Baumkuchen is ‘Princess Egg’ which is said to be the finest egg in Japan. It is a fresh one laid by young chickens from Kitagawa Chicken Farm, located in Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture, and makes doughs moist and fluffy.
