“Sapporo Lilac Festival” is held centered around Sapporo Odori Park. It’s a popular early-summer event in Sapporo once a year. In 2023, it will be held from 17th May to 28th May (Odori Park) and 27th May to 28th May (Kawashimo Park). Odori Park has about 400 lilac trees, and the park coloring vivid purple colors and a gorgeous fragrance are crowded with many people. There are also a lot of stalls such as Hokkaido wine and Hokkaido gourmets, so try to find your favorite one. “any cafe” is famous for seasonal sweets and baked goods. Since it’s a shop handled by an Instagrammer who is a sweets concierge, all the menu items are visually appealing and perfect for taking photos. The sweets that are displayed on the marble plate are beautiful like works of art, and you’re going to take pictures unintentionally. There is a limited menu every month, so it’s no doubt that you want to visit every season. The last May, there was an offer of ‘tea series’ using earl gray as a limited menu. Shiroi Koibito Park in Sapporo is an entertainment park themed around the chocolate sweet ‘Shiroi Koibito’. There are facilities and an exhibition room where you can have a look around the manufacturing process, and you can also enjoy the soft cream of Shiroi Koibito in the shop, ‘Shiroi Koibito Park Soft Ice Cream House’. The seasonal limited flavors are very popular in addition to the regular soft-service ice cream. This shop is offering “Bunny Pastel Soft Serve Ice Cream” with rabbit ears until May 31st, 2023.
